Choose your account type

Compare what shippers, carriers, and brokers can do.

Winixx Freight supports three kinds of users. Each one sees the tools that fit how they work.

Account	What you can do	Cost
Shipper	Manage shipments, carriers, and costs with FMS. Authorize brokers to work in your account.	FMS is included at no extra cost
Carrier	Find and book loads directly from shippers, and get paid fast.	See Get paid
Broker or 3PL	Run your own operation on the TMS, or work under a shipper's account as an authorized user.	TMS: $85 per seat, per month. Authorized users: free

Note

Independent broker accounts cannot post loads to the Winixx marketplace. Loads are posted only when a broker works under an approved shipper's account.

Freight Management System (FMS)

The control layer built into every shipper account.

The Freight Management System is the control layer built into your Winixx Freight account. It is included at no extra cost.

What you can do

Manage shipments from booking to delivery.
See and manage the carriers on your freight.
Keep freight costs visible and under control.
Keep shipment documents together in one platform.
Communicate with carriers without leaving the platform.
Track carrier and shipment performance over time.
Authorize brokers and 3PLs to work in your account, and remove them at any time.

Authorize and remove brokers
Track your shipments

Authorize and remove brokers

Let brokers work in your account, and stay in control.

Shippers decide who works in their account. You can add a broker or 3PL as an authorized user, and you can remove them at any time.

How it works

Invite a broker or 3PL to your account as an authorized user.
The broker works inside your account on your behalf.
The broker can post pre-paid loads for you.
Remove the broker's access whenever you choose.

Payments

Payments run through the platform. Loads posted by authorized brokers are pre-paid.

Note

Authorized users pay nothing to work under a shipper's account.

Track your shipments

Follow every shipment from pickup to delivery.

Winixx Freight gives you real-time visibility from origin to final delivery, with milestone tracking and proactive alerts.

Milestones

A typical shipment moves through Picked up, In transit, and Delivered.

Alerts

Proactive alerts help you act on delays or issues early. For cross-border shipments, visibility continues through the crossing. See the cross-border overview.

Find and book loads

Book directly from shippers, with clear details upfront.

Winixx Freight connects carriers directly to verified shippers. You book loads directly, without brokers or dispatchers taking a cut.

What you see before you book

Real-time load availability with clear details upfront.
Transparent pricing before you commit.
Load matching based on your preferred lanes.

Tip

Review the shipment details and price before you book, so there are no surprises on pickup.

Get paid

Payout options and what you keep.

Cash flow matters on the road. Winixx Freight is built so you spend less time chasing invoices.

Payout options

Same-day payment options.
Next business day standard payouts.
Reliable, predictable settlements.

What you keep

No monthly subscription fees.
No load booking fees.
No revenue sharing.
No paywalls to access better loads.

Transportation Management System (TMS)

Plan, route, execute, and settle freight in one platform.

The Winixx TMS helps brokers and 3PLs plan, route, execute, and settle freight in one platform.

Pricing

Plan	Price
TMS seat	$85 per seat, per month
Authorized user working under a shipper's account	Free

Each team member who uses the TMS needs a seat.

What independent accounts can and cannot do

You can run your own operation on the TMS.
You cannot post loads to the Winixx marketplace.
Payments for your own operation are not processed through Winixx.

To post loads, work under a shipper's account. See Work under a shipper's account.

Work under a shipper's account

Authorized users, pre-paid loads, and shipper control.

A shipper can authorize you to work inside their Winixx account. This is free for you.

Steps

A shipper invites you as an authorized user.
You get access and work in their account on their behalf.
You post pre-paid loads. Payments run through the platform.
The shipper can remove your access at any time.

Important

You can only post loads while working under an approved shipper. Access is controlled by the shipper.
