How do I add drivers and dispatchers?
From your fleet account you can add drivers and dispatchers, and remove dispatchers whenever you like. You stay in control of who has access.
What do my drivers use?
Drivers use the Winixx Freight app on iOS and Android to run each delivery. Fleet admins and dispatchers work from the web platform.
What does verification involve?
Freight carriers verify their operating authority, license, and insurance, and add their equipment so we can match them with the right loads. Verification is a one-time $75 fee.
What does it cost to run a fleet on Winixx Freight?
There is no monthly subscription. Carriers pay a one-time $75 verification fee and a 5% commission on the carrier payout for each load.
How does payroll management work?
Payroll management is built into the platform. Talk with our team about how it fits your pay structure and pay periods.
How do my earnings reach my bank?
Funds are deposited to the carrier wallet once delivery is confirmed. Standard cash-out takes 1 to 3 business days, and a same-business-day option is available for a fee.
Can I see which loads my vehicles can haul?
Yes. You browse loads filtered to your approved vehicle types, and your preferred lanes help the best matches rise to the top.
